This project is intended to serve as a limited-edition sample book to inform creatives about the new range of the eco-friendly and environmentally friendly paper, named Respecta. The Respecta range is known for its respect towards the environment. This respect can be witnessed in the process behind the production of the paper. Respecta is supplied by Burgo-papers whom runs a sustainable self-sufficient energy system. This energy system allows a production that creates an ethical cycle that is not harmful towards nature. This cycle optimizes consumption while protecting the environment. Illustrations are created that represents this unique characteristic of the Repecta range. Not only is the product environmentally friendly, but the process behind producing it is not harmful towards nature. This means that the process behind the production of this product does not harm or disrupt nature or the life cycles of animals in nature. For this reason, I created a narrative through my illustrations to show how not harmful this process really is, by creating animal characters working in the factory of Burgo-papers. This shows the relationship between nature and the paper manufacturer in total harmony. These illustrations represent a non-disruptive place where a production system is so eco-friendly that the animals of the nature don’t mind it and are willing to work together to show their appreciation.
